This course is designed to equip you with the knowledge to understand the application of the statutory tests , ensuring compliance with legal standards (CPIA and Attorney Generals’ Guidelines) and maintaining integrity in your professional practice. This is an awareness session on the basic principles of Disclosure. Further Bitesize sessions on other aspects of Disclosure will be launched later in the year. Course date: Thursday 6th Feb 2025 x 0930 x 1230 Friday 14th March 2025 x 0930 x 1230 The event is held via Microsoft Teams and you will receive diary invite following booking. Public and Local authorities of all ranks who work in or may undertake investigations and undertake Disclosure of unused sensitive material Our expert speakers The workshop will be delivered by Bob Denaro (KPM). Bob has worked with CPIA since its inception in 1996 and undertaken Disclosure at all levels from simple to complex investigations and Disclosure challenges. Bob has led teams with dedicated Disclosure officers and is a former CHIS handler, Controller/Covert Operations Manager and SME for the College of Policing. Bob is supported by Mark Paul, former head of the West Midlands CPS Complex Case Unit and a Disclosure expert. Mark has as a lawyer for over 30 years and advised on all aspects of Disclosure and managed a team of specialist lawyers within CPS. Mark has developed policy in this area and his experience in this field is exceptional. Cancellation Policy

1. Course Registration: • Participants must register for courses through the BDG Training Consultancy website (bdgtrainingconsultancy.co.uk). • Full payment or a Purchase order (if applicable) must be made at the time of booking to secure a spot in the course. • Confirmation of booking will be sent via email once the registration and payment are completed. 2. Payment Methods: • We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer or Purchase Order • For bank transfers, payment must be received within 7 days of booking; otherwise, the reservation may be canceled. 3. Corporate Bookings: • Organisations wishing to book courses for multiple employees should contact BDG Training Consultancy directly for group rates and customised booking processes. • A purchase order or formal agreement may be required for corporate bookings. Cancellation Policy 1. Participant Cancellations: • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus a £50 administration fee. • Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund. • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date. • Participants may transfer their booking to another individual without incurring a fee, provided BDG Training Consultancy is notified at least 7 days before the course start date. 2. Course Cancellations by BDG Training Consultancy: • BDG Training Consultancy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses if necessary. • In the event of a cancellation or reschedule by BDG Training Consultancy, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date. 3. Force Majeure: • BDG Training Consultancy is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen events (force majeure). • In such cases, BDG Training Consultancy will attempt to reschedule the course, and participants will be given the option to attend the rescheduled course or receive a full refund.
